Placenta Options

Not everyone wants to eat their placenta, and that’s fine, because there are other options to honor your pregnancy and the organ that your incredible body grew to keep your baby safe for 9 months.

Tree Burial

Your placenta can be dehydrated and ground to be included in soil to help fertilize a newly planted tree.

A wonderful way to continue creating life!

Salve

Your dehydrated and ground placenta is incorporated into a blend of coconut oil, shea butter, almond oil, and any essential oils of your choosing, for a topical salve to be used postpartum.

Salve uses:

  • body butter

  • first aid

  • Eczema/dry skin on baby

  • nipple butter

  • diaper rash ointment

  • [healed] Cesarean scar

  • baby’s boo-boos

Art Prints

Art prints are a great way to decorate your baby’s nursery, or include in a baby book!

We have standard prints, and colored prints!

Umbilical Cord Keepsake

Your baby’s umbilical cord can be dehydrated in the shape of a heart, the word “love,” or even your baby’s name if the cord is long enough!

What a wonderful addition to your baby’s nursery decor, or baby book!

Spread its Ashes

Your placenta can be dehydrated and ground so you can honor your pregnancy and placenta by spreading its ashes.
