Placenta Lasagna

Happy National Lasagna Day!

Did you know you can have your placenta dehydrated and ground for inclusion in your favorite recipes?

Lasagna is a favorite to include your placenta; just follow this simple recipe:

Ingredients:
1 Placenta, dehydrated and ground
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 Onion, diced
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste OR 1 whole tomato
45 fl oz. Ragu Thick & Chunky Garden Style Sauce
32 fl oz. Ricotta Cheese
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella
1 lb. Ground Turkey or Beef
16 oz Lasagna Noodles

Instructions:
1) Cook noodles according to box directions
2) Brown turkey or beef, drain, and return to pan
3) Add pasta sauce to pan
4) Simmer until blended and bubbly
5) In a separate pan, heat oil in medium sauce pan
6) Quickly sauté:
- Placenta dust
- Garlic
- Oregano
- Onion
- Tomato Paste or whole tomato
7) Layer Lasagna:
1: Turkey/Beef Sauce
2: Noodles
3: Turkey/Beef Sauce
4: Ricotta Cheese (spreed to flatten)
5: Turkey/Beef Sauce
6: Sautéd Placenta Mixture
7: repeat steps 2 through 6
8: End with layer of shredded mozzarella
8) Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour, or until bubbly
